We provide high-throughput DNA analysis services to a globally reputed clientele that includes R&D groups in Biotech/Pharma while our clinical diagnostics vertical ‘The Gene Lab’ offers comprehensive diagnosis for genetic ailments.

Having established a strong foundation over the past 8 seven years, Clevergene is looking towards exponential growth in Discovery Genomics by expanding to markets in Europe and USA through strategic partnerships and physical presence at key geographies. The Gene Lab’s operations are being scaled up across India to achieve significant market penetration in all the Metros and key tier 2 & 3 cities which have higher burden of genetic disorders.

Roles and Responsibilities

Drive the performance management process and establish a high performance work culture
Conduct new joinee induction and trainings as and when required
Strategize, deploy and execute various HR initiatives whereby building an engaged workforce
Collaborate with the accounts team and process salary every month
Collaborate with the accounts team and ensure all labour compliances are adhered to
Publish monthly MIS and HR Dashboard to the leadership team month on month
Build Clevergene as “Great Place To Work” standards and establish the organization as an “Employer of choice”
Manage the entire gamut of HR for Clevergene and be a single point of contact for all employee queries

Key Requirements

8 – 10 years experience
Any Graduate/MBA with relevant experience
Metric oriented and data driven
Attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent inter personal and presentation skill
